One man, two Mercedes, half a century apart.

The first photo was taken around 1972. in Stuttgart, my grandfather's W108 250SE. Half a century later, during my prom night, I thought it'd be the perfect opportunity for a recreation of that photo I had found. He agreed, and so there's that, this time with his 2005. W211 E220 Avantgarde. It's a car he was saving for me, only gaining just under 138k km on it in its 20 years. He gave it to me months before the second photo, so I had already been driving it for many months. I'm very appreciative to be driving such a classic.

I knew how much that old W108 meant to him, and it felt right to recreate a memory that had been sitting in a photo album for five decades. Looking at them side by side, it's incredible to see how Mercedes has changed, and yet stayed similar to its roots over the decades, but also how one passion of his remained the same. Hell, he even took that ornament you see and I have it in my room now. really admired his old photos, I made an AI remastery of the first photo, it made it incredible well, which is why I even accepted it in the first place. Das Beste oder nichts, nein?

Sadly he passed away not long afterwards, which has made this seemingly inconsiderable recreation one of the most meaningful photographs I have of him. I'm grateful we took this photo while we still had the chance.

Nearly every creature in SN2 needs to deal way more damage

I'm sure some of you will agree with me on this, but creatures such as the Marrowbreach should deal like 10 times more damage (currently dealing like 5 when it bites) and the big one should one shot, or there could be a special way of avoiding getting one shot. Respawning is literally part of the lore. Like come on make me actually need to use medkits. The parasites on the bloom pose more of a threat than the Nibblers and the Marrowbreach.

Also those Nibblers are so persistent, the AI is good, that goes for nearly every creature, but also like, make em do like 10-20 damage, I find they attack so rarely.

The distraction flare is already great at what it does, so that'll be one of the deterrents for things like the Marrowbreach, along with the Sonic Resonator.

The only scary (with the damage it does) creature currently in the game is the Collector Leviathan, no complaints there as I haven't had too many interactions with it to notice the damages.

Hammerhead should do half your health or more when it hits you (forgot how much it does) it should also do at least 30-50 to the tadpole, because what do you mean I charge at it at full speed, it does the same, and I take like no damage, meanwhile they made him nearly have an impact frame when hitting a coral or a fellow Hammerhead. They should have more of a "get outta my way, don't mess with me" type of reputation since they're already passive unless provoked, now I just wanna play around with them when I'm bored because it tickles.

Basically buff everything and add pierce/close range attacks to the fishes that shoot those pointy things. I genuinely thought I'd be done for if I swam at one, seeing as they have sharp looking large spikes on their mouth, but no, turns out it'll try to scurry away and shoot you at point blank range.
ALSO make the clam one shot with the poison without the tadpole.

That's what I would love to see going forward in Subnautica 2.
