Should I buy this 2014 CLA?
I would offer 5K and he says it has 127k miles and the radio doesn’t work.
Haven’t driven it yet just looking at first thoughts?

This is my new to me 1992 r129 sl500. Engine has about 140k miles and the battery seems to have a parasitic draw most likely from the soft top or roll bar. Any advice on go to mods or what to do about the battery?
I viewed my ring camera - someone put a foreign object in the car. My ring has night vision. Please view images. Does anyone have any feedback?
So i’m pretty set on getting one, I read somewhere that the “main issues” with them are the mount and the suspension but I wanted to come here to get more input from more experienced people or previous/current e350 owners.
What are some of the most common issues with them?
what are the pros and cons of having them
which would you prefer luxury or sport and why?
and is there anything you wish you knew before buying them.
i know the saying “a cheap mercedes is a expensive mercedes” but whenever i’m going to buy it im going to inspect it and check for computer issues, and id also love to hear any feedback you think i should know,
thank you!
Made these renders after studying the latest Baby G-Class spy shots and production details. The goal wasn’t to create a fantasy concept, but to approximate what the final production model could look like by removing the camouflage and interpreting the hidden design cues. I leaned on ChatGPT to help refine the proportions and design details throughout the process.
The renders are based primarily on the latest Carscoops report and spy photos
Has 93k miles but has been sitting for around 2.5 years now, last started 6 months ago. The suspension needs work but i was told there were some new components with the car. Battery needs replaced and some exhaust work may need done. Don’t yet know anything beyond that about the condition of the car. Seller is asking $1k.
I have a lovely old Mercedes Benz S203 c200 kompressor wagon. And it has been involved in a crash recently and the other person has been dodging claims.
I have now been looking online to fix it Myer and i have been having some trouble.
This is the damage i have and I’m looking for a passenger door and front passenger quarter panel. I need some help
Spotted in Horseshoe Bay, Texas.
Hello, I just recently purchased a w212 e350 wagon that is finished in black, I got it cheap as the bodywork is pretty messed up. Im gonna respray the whole car myself. Im struggling to pick a colour. I dont want to keep it black as I hate black cars. What colour would you pick. I dont mind dark colours such as navy blue or burgundy. And kinda want to go with a designo colour to make it a one off.
Hey everyone,
New W204 owner here with a (hopefully not too stupid) question.
I recently bought a 2013 Mercedes W204 from a close friend.
It has 371,000 km (about 230,000 miles) on the clock, but it’s honestly in excellent condition.
The car has been meticulously maintained, every scheduled service was done on time, and it’s spent virtually its entire life doing highway driving.
The only thing that concerns me is that it’s still running on the original timing chain.
The usual warning signs aren’t there at all—no rattling, no noise on cold starts, no rough running, nothing that would suggest the chain is worn.
Would you replace the timing chain as a preventative measure purely because of the mileage, or would you keep driving it until it actually shows symptoms?
I’d really appreciate hearing from people with experience on these high-mileage OM651 engines.
Thanks!
A friend recently bought a C220 cabriolet. There is a star or something other (see the picture) on the side of the car near the rear tires. I have never seen this on a Mercedes before, is it marking some optional equipment or what? Or was it done by a previous owner for one reason or another?
The first photo was taken around 1972. in Stuttgart, my grandfather's W108 250SE. Half a century later, during my prom night, I thought it'd be the perfect opportunity for a recreation of that photo I had found. He agreed, and so there's that, this time with his 2005. W211 E220 Avantgarde. It's a car he was saving for me, only gaining just under 138k km on it in its 20 years. He gave it to me months before the second photo, so I had already been driving it for many months. I'm very appreciative to be driving such a classic.
I knew how much that old W108 meant to him, and it felt right to recreate a memory that had been sitting in a photo album for five decades. Looking at them side by side, it's incredible to see how Mercedes has changed, and yet stayed similar to its roots over the decades, but also how one passion of his remained the same. Hell, he even took that ornament you see and I have it in my room now. really admired his old photos, I made an AI remastery of the first photo, it made it incredible well, which is why I even accepted it in the first place. Das Beste oder nichts, nein?
Sadly he passed away not long afterwards, which has made this seemingly inconsiderable recreation one of the most meaningful photographs I have of him. I'm grateful we took this photo while we still had the chance.
