Umm, help!

2021 C300 Coupe 4Matic (65,000 miles)

So, this has started happening after driving in sport mode. It happens usually after driving in sport or sport plus for a little while. I assume this shouldn’t be happening. For reference, I also wasn’t beating on it. Never approached red line and barely went over 40 mph. (I was just driving around my 25 mph town with a max speed limit of 35 and got this message.) I’m obviously planning on making a service appointment for it since it’s under a 3rd party warranty but they’re closed until Monday so I just want to get some other opinions so I have an idea what I’m in for. I presume this car should be able to handle a few accelerations while driving around town without overheating like this.

Mercedes Pump Noise (C205)

2021 Mercedes C300 4Matic Coupe (65k miles)

After I park and completely shut the engine off, there’s a repetitive “pump pump pump” noise that seems to come from under the hood on the driver’s side, near the windshield/mirror area. It keeps going, but stops when I pull on a door handle. It comes on kinda randomly but also kinda sounds like a pump caveating — just want to make sure it’s normal.

Video attached. Anyone know what this is and whether it’s normal?
