Genuinely torn…

Trying to make a decision here I’ve been on the fence for about a day on which way to go. Here’s a question for you all since this would be my first Zenith purchase. Would the 18k bracelet off of a Chrono master sport fit here? Has anyone attempted to do that? I would love to have a full gold bracelet. Otherwise, having one made might be the best way to go. Either way these watches are gorgeous.

Spending some time in Waikiki this week.

Registered my interest at two different Rolex locations Waikiki and Ala Moana

Had a list of watches I am interested in. This was yesterday. Today I received a call from one of them unfortunately I was out in the ocean and didn’t have a signal when I came back. I saw there was a missed call. I called them back immediately. Unfortunately, my sales rep had already gone home and is off tomorrow. Guess I will have to wait and see for Monday.

On the list:

Money Green DD
Chocolate DD
Bruce Wayne
Pink 41 OP
LD Steel or Everose

Last night they offered me a 36 DD or a sky dweller YG / white dial

700k followers, 750 signups, 85 paying users. How would you convert the other 650?

I’ve been building a niche AI app in the architecture and design space. Most of my growth has come organically through social media, where I have roughly 700,000 followers.

Here’s where things stand:
750 people have signed up.
85 have become paying customers.
About 130 people signed up but never activated. I’m wondering whether onboarding emails landed in spam or whether they simply got distracted.
The remaining users either maxed out their free trial credits and didn’t convert or never fully understood how to use the product.

I recently redesigned the landing page and built a much better onboarding flow with examples and guidance so users can understand how to get value from the product.
Before focusing on acquiring more users, I want to go back and convert the roughly 650 people who already know about us and have shown interest.

If you were in my position, how would you approach this?
Reactivation emails?
Discounts?
Additional free credits?
Tutorial videos?
Personal outreach?
Webinars?
Something else?
For founders who have gone through this stage, how do you determine where the real leak is?
Am I thinking about this correctly? It feels like the next level of growth is hidden in the users I’ve already acquired rather than simply trying to pour more people into the funnel.

Would love to hear what worked for you.

[WTS/WTT] [CONUS] QF Le Mans SH4132, 8F Vacheron Constantin, Patek Philippe 5126 - All Running, Repair Projects

WTS/WTT - CONUS
Looking to sell or trade three watches that have developed issues. I’m disclosing everything I know about each watch and pricing them accordingly. All watches currently run but will require some level of repair or attention.
I am primarily interested in trading for an APS V2 AP 26240. I’d be willing to trade all three watches toward the right example.
CONUS only. Prices include USPS shipping and tracking. Buyer assumes responsibility once tracking is provided.

1. QF Factory Le Mans Daytona (Heavy Version) - SH4132 Movement
Price: $600 Shipped
This is the full 24-hour heavy version from QF with the SH4132 movement.
While playing golf, I lost one of the chronograph pushers. I have purchased a couple replacement pushers but neither fit correctly. The watch currently runs well, keeps excellent time, and the movement has been reliable. The only issue is the missing pusher.
Potential buyer will need to source the correct QF pusher or replace the case if preferred.
Condition Summary:
Running and keeping good time
Missing chronograph pusher
Sold as a repair/project watch

2. 8F Vacheron Constantin
Price: $350 Shipped
This watch arrived from the factory with an issue I never addressed.
When the crown is screwed down, the watch will eventually stop running. When the crown is unscrewed, it runs normally and keeps time without issue.
I do not know the cause and have not attempted any repairs.
Condition Summary:
Runs and keeps time with crown unscrewed
Stops when crown is fully screwed down
Sold as a repair/project watch

3. Patek Philippe 5126
Price: $300 Shipped
I’ve owned this watch for approximately two years.
It ran very well and kept excellent time until recently when it began sticking intermittently. Upon inspection, there appears to be a loose screw visible through the caseback.
My assumption is that it needs to be opened, the screw secured, and potentially serviced/lubricated while apart.
Condition Summary:
Ran well for approximately two years
Recently began sticking
Appears to have a loose screw inside movement
Sold as a repair/project watch

Trade Interests
Primarily interested in:
APS V2 AP 26240
Other higher-end AP builds may be considered
I’d strongly prefer a trade but will sell individually at the prices listed above.

References
I have not sold on RepWatch or RepTimeBST previously, but I have purchased both genuine and replica watches from community members and can provide references upon request.
Happy to provide additional photos, videos, timing results, or answer any questions.
Open to reasonable offers, especially if purchasing multiple watches.

SH4130 vs. DD4130

Ordered a watch with DD4130, builder told me he forgot to put it in. He offered to keep the SH4130 movement at $250 discount. Or, he can swap DD into it for agreed price. I genuinely don’t think there was any malice here he was upfront about it before he shipped the Watch and said it would take about three more days to swap the movement.

All I’m really asking is is it worth the DD Upgrade or should I take the discount for the SH and have them ship the watch?

Went ahead and did a simple Ceramic Coating on my watch honestly it’s so easy. It’s a no-brainer. Definitely would not pay for this service.
