I’ve always loved the Bluesy Sub, so I mocked up what a Bluesy Daytona might look like. Not only do I think it works, it might just be my favorite potential configuration. The ceramic bezel would also help with the scratch issue with the current TT Daytonas.

What do you think? What would we call it?

I got offered the pink one last month and bought it, now I want to collect them all like pokemon lol, which one do you all like the most? Any suggestions on what size you think looks best on me? I think the turquise one would be hardest to get. My SA said they could try to do beige next year, and then lavender and turquoise.

I currently own a steel Pepsi gmt on oyster and I’m considering trading it for the white gold Daytona pictured. I assume I’d have to add 7-10k above the Pepsi but I’m not too focused on the money. I have a broad collection and am a big fan of the Pepsi, but I also have the two tone ‘zombie’ gmt, which has a sentimental connection (will never get rid of it). I have a couple of chronographs from AP, but this would be my first Daytona and my first full PM piece. I also like how unique the racing dial is. Putting aside fit into a broader collection, what do folks think?

Popped into a few ADs while visiting in Boston and got offered a Sky Dweller at 2 different ADs! Unfortunately not exactly what I wanted so I didn’t pull the trigger but still a first time getting offered one and was hard to pass up!

Just got this from my AD. I am so happy.

Gonna wear it all the time, gonna lay bricks with it!

Not a huge dive watch guy but this was just too cool to pass up. Weighs an absolute ton. Just a cool desk ornament for the home office.

Comes with a lot of jewelry too - don’t get me wrong.

Was told I am top 5 spend in the AD this year — which makes me question my spending habits a lot. Lol. Definitely not responsibly spending… but oh well!

The goal is minimal redundancy, generally similar price range for a 3 watch collection.

Im emphasizing no redundancy to the point where a datejust and president would be redundant, what I’d wear with a suit, etc.

I currently have the everose YM and a 36 2026 bright blue Roman datejust, fluted and jubilee.

Thinking hard about making sure the next watch matches where I want to end up. This is my general order.

A Rolex is something I've been fantasizing about owning for a long time. About ten months ago, I stopped by two ADs (I didn't even know what that meant until I started reading these discussions) and started shopping. I had "built" one on the Rolex website and shared the pic with the ADs when I went in the store. I just told them that I was still window shopping and if I changed my mind I would ask to be put on the waiting list. They told me that waiting lists can be several years long. Well, one of them called me several weeks ago and said they had the exact watch I wanted. One thing led to another and I am now a member of the Rolex Club. I also liked the Submariner with a blue dial and yellow gold but I've had several watches over the years in that style and I decided I wanted something different. This won't be my everyday watch; I have others for that purpose. Sorry for the long-winded story.

Unsure what to add next - any suggestions?

This is my first expensive watch and I got it to mark an important milestone: graduating law school and passing the bar exam. There’s just something about the Wimbledon dial that I can’t get enough of. It’s classy, and it the hint of green around the numerals is a treat. I am glad I got the smooth bezel because to me, the combination of the Roman numerals, Jubilee bracelet, and the fluted bezel together is just too much for my taste.

I have other watches, but after getting this last year, this is the only one that I have worn nonstop. Would love to hear what you guys think!

After wearing this for a day, it’s better than l imagined.
