I currently own a steel Pepsi gmt on oyster and I’m considering trading it for the white gold Daytona pictured. I assume I’d have to add 7-10k above the Pepsi but I’m not too focused on the money. I have a broad collection and am a big fan of the Pepsi, but I also have the two tone ‘zombie’ gmt, which has a sentimental connection (will never get rid of it). I have a couple of chronographs from AP, but this would be my first Daytona and my first full PM piece. I also like how unique the racing dial is. Putting aside fit into a broader collection, what do folks think?

I know it’s a VC subreddit but wanted to get folks thoughts. I’ve been on the waitlist for the blue dual time for over two years so want to be ready if I get a call for it.

I post here earlier debating between this watch and a vc. Overwhelmingly was told to go with the VC, but something about this offshore really pulled me in. Love it. Now I just need to order some L straps…
