My first Zenith!
Damn what a looker! Wears like a dream. Can't wait to make memories with this.

The Stratos striking tenth was the watch that Felix Baumgartner was wearing when he did the space jump.
Notice the lovely details on the dial. Shown here on a nato as it felt too heavy with its lugs and endlinks.
I later actually met him at a Zenith event. Lovely guy and he happily signed a book I had that covered his Jump from Space. Rip.
Concerned that it’ll be too compact for me. Can anyone post pics of either the panda or titanium on 7.5” wrist. Thank you!
I don't wear it enough. Must make more of an effort.
At first I contacted my AD about a new meteorite and to have it fitted with the zen clasp. The clasp will not be fitted on new non skeletons for at least a year, and to pay to retrofit won't be available until end of summer.
So went ahead and ordered the skeleton with arrival in June, it has grown on me a lot since first seeing release photos, and the new zenith clasp was the main thing that had me selling my last CMS's.
What will remain to be seen is which movement view implementation works better in person - the open dial on my Rose Chronomaster Open or the full skeleton on the CMS.
If they had the option to order the Rose Gold on full bracelet with Rose Zen Clasp that would be my first choice, but no current plans for the clasp in rose I'm told.
I'd say with releases like this, Zenith's demise is highly overstated. Although I would love a lower RP, I like it more than a daytona, and it seems Zenith purposely made their RP $200 less than a standard Daytona.
Zenith Defy 21 El Primero with 3.600vph/5hz for time keeping and 36.000vph/50hz for chronograph function. This is some crazy technology and very underrated if you ask me.
***delete it not allowed*** hey guys I’m new to this group and fell in love with this watch haven’t bought a zenith before and curious what a fair price would be for this piece new + used thank you in advance 🙏🏼
Glad i found this brand and what a watch! The light effects is spectacular and my new fav!
Been on the hunt for this particular model for a long time now waiting out for one in the right condition at the right price and finally managed to get hold of one. I am super happy with this beauty.
My crown cap popped off my Defy Skyline Skeleton. I bought this third party but have all cards/box/etc.
Can I just bring to a local AD to send in for service on my behalf?
Thanks!
Hello everyone, first time posting in here so excuse my ignorance. I'm also very new to the watch world. I'll try to make this as short as possible.
I received a family heirloom from my grandfather when he passed away, it looks like a Zenith Respirator (maybe pre respirator) from the 1970's. This watch was a Wedding gift to my grandfather in 1970.
The watch was working fine, but the date change was a little slow and it didn't change right when it hit 12 o clock. Other than that the watch was working and you could wind it or keep the movement running by wearing the watch. Guessing its an automatic.
I wanted to get the watch serviced so I could continue wearing it throughout my life and hopefully pass it onto my kids in the future. I would prefer to preserve the vintage condition as much as possible, but if certain things are broken and need replacing, then so be it.
I brought it to my local Zenith Authorized Dealer / Service Center back in January 2026. They had their in house watch maker take a look at it and he said the watch is too old for him to service it. They said it had to be sent to the Zenith Switzerland Service center in Le Locle.
The watch was supposedly sent to Zenith's Switzerland service centre for evaluation, however I have no proof of this.
Fast forward to today I received an email from my AD Rep and he said the quote for a full restoration from Zenith Switzerland is $3000 + taxes. The email I received is not a direct quote from Zenith, its just a statement of what was written on the supposed quote the AD received.
This is what was said in the email:
"Restoration:
Without warranty on water proofness and without polishing.
The procedure is done in 9 steps: Opening the case, Initial control and diagnosis / dismantling of movement
/ complete movement overhaul/adjustment / testing the rate and functions / carry out additional operations / exchange of gaskets / movement assembling / watch casing up / final control (aesthetic and functions).
Replace of Plexiglass Vintage"
There's no mention of broken parts that need replacing, no mention of dial replacement or hands being replaced, no mention of reluming of the dial.
This is all that was sent to me by email. Does this sound legit? Or am I being taken advantage of? The communication back and forth has been sub par to say the least and ive been feeling very uneasy about the situation.
It just seems absurd for me to authorize a $3000 restoration over a phone call with no signature or proof of anything from Zenith themselves.
I tried reaching out directly to Zenith Switzerland customer service back in April to verify the claims of my AD. They said they were going to look into it and I have not heard anything back for over a month now.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated, as this watch means the world to me and I want to make sure its in good hands. Thank you for taking the time to read this far!
I am planning to get CMO on bracelet and strap separately, I was checking Zenith website and it seems like there is no option to get buckle or strap online? Is it just temp stock out or do I need to call a boutique or concierge?
Is it possible to get the strap on this model, I dont see it in the website?

Got this watch for my 30th birthday, it got me into Zenith and taught me about the El Primero movement. I like the look of the new pilots but I'll always prefer this one! What do you guys think?
Hello everyone,
I’m trying to buy a new watch and I can’t decide which one to buy between these 2 watches,
Jaeger-LeCoultre Polaris Mariner Date & Zenith Defy Skyline, both with blue dials!
I’m really torn and would love some input from the community to help me decide. Thanks in advance!
48mm of Zenith Goodness
first post here. my 2001 class el primero (02.0500.400) had fully wound down. i started winding it and heard/felt a <click>. i wound it a couple more times and realized it wasn't going to start. broken mainspring i'm guessing. there's a 1916 company AD in my area (baltimore). do they service it locally or will it be sent to the zenith service center in NJ? should i just send it to NJ? thanks.
