Starting at The Hartford in San Antonio soon and wondering what the office/culture is like! 😊 Do we have assigned desks/seating, or is it more of a shared setup? Are we able to decorate or personalize our cubicles/workspaces? What should I bring on my first day? Is there a cafeteria or somewhere onsite to buy food, drinks, or snacks? Also, what’s the typical dress code like? I’d love to hear from anyone who works there or has worked at the San Antonio office recently, and any other tips or things you wish you knew before starting would be appreciated!
