I just completed my second interview with The Hartford. How long does it typically take to hear back now that the interview has been completed? Also, The status of my application still says “pending”. What would that change to next?
Has anyone gotten an interview even though their application shows “Under Review”? If an application is sitting “Under Review” for several days and not in “Pending” status, does this mean I am most likely not moving forward or waiting for a rejection?
Hey all. I applied for a few positions at The Hartford. I just recently graduated in May with my B.A in History. Some may say it’s a silly degree, but I learned a lot of analytical, research, writing, and helpful skills I want to put to work. With that, I also serve in the U.S. Army National Guard. I’m eager to learn and after a few weeks, I’ve heard nothing back on any of my applications. I’m ready to start a long-term career and I regret not doing any internships with The Hartford- but I had a lot of training events with the guard I had to fulfill and also had to work to be in college so I was busy to say the least. Any recommendations, tips, or corrective criticisms accepted. I really would love to land a career there as I said- I am eager to learn and want to take the skills I do have to pursue a long successful career with The Hartford if it’s a possibility.
Hey y’all, I’m a UA at Hartford and am wondering if we have a segment/department that does Cyber/Tech Underwriting? I think this is something I’d be very interested in to learn more about.
I would ask my manager, but I’m logged off for the weekend so figure I’d post here lol.
I’ve seen other carriers have departments that underwrite tech companies based on their digital risk and security.

I applied to this position on 08/07/26, I’d be pretty thrilled to get into The Hartford, how long does it take to hear back from them after submitting an application? I feel like this is a generic entry position I qualify for and would appreciate any tips and tricks!
Starting at The Hartford in San Antonio soon and wondering what the office/culture is like! 😊 Do we have assigned desks/seating, or is it more of a shared setup? Are we able to decorate or personalize our cubicles/workspaces? What should I bring on my first day? Is there a cafeteria or somewhere onsite to buy food, drinks, or snacks? Also, what’s the typical dress code like? I’d love to hear from anyone who works there or has worked at the San Antonio office recently, and any other tips or things you wish you knew before starting would be appreciated!

I got hired of the sales department any feedback on commission? Is it truly attainable?
Also how is the work life balance?
I have a little one so concerned about the schedule and if they hear the baby on a call if I’d get in trouble.
Also what are the schedules like? I’m not a fan of the one I was given.
