I need help choosing an espresso grinder.

I have a fellow ode that I got as a wedding gift from my wife 6 years ago, and im content with that for my pour overs.

But I recently got the fellow espresso series 1 and was borrowing a sette until it wrapped out on me and gave it back to my friend.

Im a career barista with 10+ years of third wave coffee experience. I want a good grinder that will go the distance and grind constant espresso.

Ive been eyeing the DF64 V2 and the V3 as well as the Gevi grind master. But I've been very hesitant to purchase any because I really want to make sure that I'll be able to dial in high quality espresso. The fact that these grinders claim to have the range of French press to espresso has me worried that I won't be able to dial in as precise as I'd like to.

Price range is 500-750$ I'd like to try and keep it in.

Any thoughts and recommendations would be appreciated.
