Anything stopping me from slapping this guy on a 32mm base and running him as an Intercessor Gunner for the Angels of Death Kill-team?

He's not that much bigger than a normal intercessor, but he comes with a 40mm base like the rest of the Company Heroes box. I'd like to have him on my custom Dark Angels of Death as an Intercessor Gunner with a Stalker Rifle, but I'm not sure if anyone would make a stink about it since he does officially come with a 40mm base.

Hello brothers, very new to the hobby (at least the physical minis and painting side of it, I've been a lore fan for a while) and just getting started painting on my first set of Space Marines. I kinda free handed a paint job onto the Angles of Death minis from the kill team starter set, and was wondering what chapter they read as?

I only had paints for my Kasrkin kill team but went for it on the Space Marines anyway. I think they could pass for Dark Angels but am looking for more expert opinions.
