Hey everyone, looking for some constructive criticism for my kitbashed crucible character, our Chief Librarian Vel'cona.

Based on Castellan Crowe, changed a few bits, I'm planning on doing some lightning on/off the thunder hammer, just psyching myself up to it 🤣

I had a lot of fun with this one. I think a few little odd bits and Kit bashes can make all the difference. My Crux Terminatus set is coming along nicely. I also added a filthy iron warrior, one of Perturabo’s scum in the dirt where he belongs.

Anything stopping me from slapping this guy on a 32mm base and running him as an Intercessor Gunner for the Angels of Death Kill-team?

He's not that much bigger than a normal intercessor, but he comes with a 40mm base like the rest of the Company Heroes box. I'd like to have him on my custom Dark Angels of Death as an Intercessor Gunner with a Stalker Rifle, but I'm not sure if anyone would make a stink about it since he does officially come with a 40mm base.

UPDATE: Apologies all... please excuse my ignorance. It's not a carbine, so not a good fit for the Phobos Strike Team.

I'm trying to cobble together a Phobos Strike Team for new players to our "club" and have this seemingly old free model.

I'm trying to workout which of the weapon profiles it matches best?

- Marksman bolt carbine
- Custom bolt carbine
- Occulus bolt carbine
- Stalker marksman bolt carbine
- Bolt carbine

Pretty much the title. Does anyone have them?

Now THAT'S a homemade combi-bolter with the thiccness 😍.

Occulus bolter with a scion hotshot barrel as a silencer and a krieg flamer / tank slung under the barrel. Canted the feed tube to meet the tank. Was gonna just do a simple grenade launcher tube, or pop a melta barrel under there, but i think this gives it a lot more character. Looks seamless in person, just gotta shave a touch of excess glue off once it fully cures.

I think I am happy with the colour scheme and the amount of weathering.

Any constructive criticism appreciated.

Also based on my last post anda lot of people reading the forsaken as the foreskin I have changed the name of the chapter to The Hunters of Kiavahr.

Finished up the first five custom primaris Vanguard Veterans! Really happy with how these guys came out, hope you like them too!

(Also yeah, I realised the Crux Terminatus' are on the wrong shoulderpad, didn't notice this until a day after they were built 😭)

I'm creating an AoD Kill Team that that our "club" can utilise for new players to learn the game.

I've got parts put together to make some Black Templars as well as the BT upgrade box and a load of spares from Deathwatch and Reivers.

Two main questions:

1. Do I have the models a new player will use over the course of a few games.

2. What are the BT equivalent for sergeants/vetrans etc? Some parts have skulls on and some of the BT appear to have Red accents rather than white?

I'm currently running him as a crucible champion, but I'm hoping the custom character rules have more options in 11th edition!
