I joined this subreddit about 12 years ago I want to say, maybe I’m off but it’s been a long time.
I was a guy, but I was obsessed with learning about the female experience. Obsessed. I needed to understand at some core level. And I was shown so much patience and understanding any time I chose to but into a discussion.
Fast forward to now - well - I’m a woman!
Turns out there was a reason I always wanted to be surrounded with the female experience. I’m living one! Just with different flavoured sprinkles!
All this to say - women make the world go round, and I’m so grateful to all the women here over the last decade or so who let a confused girl figure herself out. <3
Mostly drug-store makeup save for L’Oréal Concealer 330.
I’ve been experimenting with lots of looks and really like this one! I enjoy bold styles and have been trying to pull it back and be elegant while still somewhat bold!
I’m also a 30yr trans woman who’s been on her journey for a year, so im always excited to learn more tricks! Currently contour is my boogie man.
PRODUCT LIST:
Revlon color stay SHARP LINE liquid liner blackest black - eyeliner
Color pop Lippie Collection - I used one of the dark reds, text faded off it so I can’t tell lol

Revlon colorstay 24h long wear makeup normal/dry skin broad spf 20 tone 110 - used as light foundation
Ultra Beauty Collection Bouncy Eye Shadow - used as glitter
Magnif’eyes ELECTRIC VIOLET edition: palettes #3, #4 & #8 - eye shadow and which colours used
Minor kitbashing to give her a bolt pistol so I can proxy her as a reiver lt. if needed, also tried combining a SoB head with the mask portion of a SM head
Didn’t go great lol
Really happy with how this mini came out, I think it might be my best mini I’ve ever painted. I’m really proud ✨
I enjoyed used them but it was definitely a case of “you can” paint a mini 100% this way, but should you paint a mini this way?
For touch ups on the go, painting highlights (especially on large minis), large minis in general, and ez low stress painting, yes it’s great. Being able to play a game, paint, and then resume as needed as is awesome, for example.
I can otherwise see some applications where I’d prefer this - travelling - and edge highlighting, which isn’t showcased with this model.
Using the free store promo space marine, I made this lad! Saved me 43$ lolll

X2 Plasma Pistol (I just gave her a second pistol holster, good enough)
Forge Bolter (took Infiltrators Carbine and got the Intercessor Auto Bolt Rifle mag mod to fit with some carving, then used the Incursor sensor for the targeting lenses, and the handle from the Exaction Squad melee batons)
Master Crafted Power Weapon
