Dragapult Deck Advice
I’m new to playing in Pokemon Play events. Is this viable for in person play? I considered Poke Gear and Xerosics for mulligans.

Opponent BM
Is it common for your opponent to start BMing when they’re losing. I’ve absolutely turned games around and they start slow playing or spamming emotes. Thankfully I can turn off emotes, but the slow play is absolutely crazy for a waste of time it is for the both of us.
I run Mega Lopunny/Lillie’s Clefairy and I knocked out an opponents Mega Lucario after using a Crispin to power up for a OHKO after losing an active Munkidori. you can guess the behavior afterwards. My opponent conceded after 5 minutes of slow play.
