Tenderness 2 days after taking methotrexate ?

I’m going through my second ectopic pregnancy. during my first one, I took two shots of methotrexate and it ended up rupturing anyway (levels were very low, about 190). this time around. my levels were in the 4000‘s when I took the shot on Thursday. today (Saturday) i feel super sensitive and tender on my left side where the ectopic is. I didn’t experience pain during my last rupture. just felt super bloated so i am super scared and unsure of how to know if this is a normal reaction from the medicine vs a rupture. anyone else experienced something similar ?

2nd try 4th week low hCG levels

I am 34 y/o. My first pregnancy in 2022 turned out to be ectopic (ended up rupturing). The situation was so traumatic that it took me four years to be able to try again. I was so happy when I got a positive pregnancy test last week. Pushed for my doctors to check my blood work early and my hCG levels only went up from 64 to 86 in the past 48 hours. I am distraught. My doctor said that she wants to check my levels again tomorrow but that it is likely an ectopic again.
My husband is being positive but I truly just don’t have any hope at this point :(
