I've already tried at least three different presets and didn't see much of a difference. What I mean is, for example right after a fight with goblins, I'll send something like:

*I cough* "so what are you doing?" And the character will respond with "you just fought with goblins, and now you're coughing and want to know what I'm doing?" And then they'll move on to the actual response. This happens pretty frequently for me, I'm also using the mobile app so I'm not sure if that's related.
