I am looking for a gym in Graz. I have an old sports injury, so I need to be a bit careful.
I am looking for a gym that includes an initial fitness assessment when you sign up, where the staff can give me a basic workout routine and quickly show me how to use the machines correctly.
I don't want a private personal trainer, just a regular gym that has helpful staff and offers good guidance for new members at the beginning.
Does anyone have a recommendation?
