Filled sandbag with wet play sand

Hi guys. I’m in the U.K. and that will become important when I explain the issue. I’m new to sandbag training and bought my first bag from Cerberus and had googled best type of sand to fill the bag with. A few said kiln dried sand but most said play sand. I googled hardwear stores near me and a place had play sand for sale at half the price of kiln dried so made sense to me to buy that. Purchased 8 bags totalling 160kg and filled my bag then was doing some more research and someone mentioned that U.K. play sand is wet! When I read that it made sense because as I was filling the bag the sand didn’t feel especially dry but as most people had recommended the play sand I just went along thinking it was ok. So my question is, will the sand have any destructive effect (cause molding etc) on the bag over the long term and should I just empty it and buy kiln dried or will it be ok?

Train MWF, eat MWF

Hi. I am almost strict carnivore and the only thing I am loose with is drinking black tea. I also have dropped from eating 3MAD in my first week to 2MAD in my second and OMAD in my third which I’ve found incredibly easy to adjust to considering I always ate between 4 and 6 meals per day for 30 odd years. I train Monday, Wednesday and Friday and have thought I’d like to try training on those days and eating after training so also Monday, Wednesday and Friday and then do a 72 hour fast until I eat after my next session on the Monday and then repeat for a while to see how I go. Has anyone else experience of this and would like to share their experiences? Ty
