CBD use with someone who has Dementia
I'm looking for advice on products to use with my father who has vascular dementia
It has been a struggle to get my dad to eat as of late. Most days he's getting around 1000 calories at best. We have found success in protein shakes and dark chocolate with orange candy bars.
We live in a state in which this is all legal and there's plenty of good dispensaries nearby.
The other caveat to this is my dad still finds ways to sneak beer and whiskey. Its not in the house but we suspect a well meaning neighbor could be sneaking it to him.
Anyways I'm looking to avoid THC since he is a fall risk and don't want him to combine alcohol and THC.
I'm not the most educated on this but are there any recommendations on CBD products that will help with his appetite and ease some of the symptoms of sundowning?
