So I thought this was interesting. I am working on building a list of notable cities in every country. So, for starters, I took the top 10 cities by population in each country, and then went back and added in the capital city. Turns out, there were only three countries where the capital wasn't in the top 10. Can you name them all?

My source data is from geonames.org - there are probably assumptions about populations, metro districts, etc., in their data that affect this result.
