Is it stupid for me to purchase a GX460?

I only recently even discovered this cars existence about a month ago, but ive quickly fallen in love with it.

Im looking for a 2023 460 however there are a few things making me hesitant.

- I live in Brooklyn and would be street parking every day, however i never have trouble finding a spot
- The MPG
- The cost. Around 52-57k for what im looking at
- I love the look of these when they’re used for off-roading but would only ever be in NYC and Long Island/NJ for the most part. I would be tempted to cut the bumpers and put a lift kit on etc. and it could be bad for resale

If anyone has experience with buying one and could help me make a decision that would be greatly appreciated!

What would you do about this? (Japanese Knotweed)

I have full access to my backyard, but its overrun with Japanese Knotweed, everything i’ve read about this stuff is that its impossible to get rid of (for example, 4 years of stem injections). Would it be cheap to have a service come in and get rid of it all and lay down some plastic? Thanks in advance
