Looking for the best 5G carrier in Katy

I’ve been an AT&T customer for more than 20 years. I joined AT&T when Cingular merged with them back in 2002 or so. Their service wasn’t great when I lived in NY, but it wasn’t lagging behind the competition through Edge -> 3G -> LTE.

Since moving to Katy in 2013, I just can’t get a stable connection almost anywhere in Katy especially in Cinco Ranch area. If I disable WiFi calling, I can’t even make a phone call at home.

I’m wondering what y’all are using here.

Why are these two settlements not connected to each other?

Hwangju (City) and Daegu (Town) both have Fishing Quays facing each other 6 tiles away. Why are these settlements not connected to each other? Also, how do I connect them?

Stopping AI’s science victory

Ada Lovelace was leading in science and culture in the modern age, so I started a war on her. After taking her capital, the science victory countdown began. I quickly took over the settlement that had a launch pad built in two turns but the countdown did not stop. I frantically searched and found another settlement with a launch pad, so I dropped a nuke on it. It didn’t appear damaged but it mentioned that it had biological contamination for 10 turns. At this point, she only had 3 other settlements and none of them had a launch pad. The countdown did not stop and she won the game. Is this how it’s supposed to go?
