My First Time Trying Gouache 🎨

Tried gouache for the first time after watching a tutorial by Ruth Wilshaw and honestly I never thought I’d be able to paint something like this. I’m not a professional artist… I just genuinely enjoy sketching and painting whenever I can.

This page has been such a huge inspiration for me. Seeing all the beautiful gouache paintings here made me want to finally try it myself.

I’d really love any tips or suggestions that could help me improve, especially with layering, lighting, or getting cleaner details. Thank you all for the motivation 🤍
