What is the biggest tire size I can fit on a stock suspension wj ?
I just want a bit more clearance while not investing a fortune in a lift.
I want to know which size will not rub, needs no cutting, and will not mess up my transmission in a few years.
I currently ride 225/75/16 firestones.
Hey so I got this weird and very specific issue with my 2004 1200R Roadster.
Sometime when start it up and ride. It feels like it has somekind of rough acceleration. I don't know to describe it other than it feels rough and very shaky on acceleration especially in the foot peg. I know that Harley's vibrate, but it dont feel normal.
But the weirdest part is that its intermittent and the start up will dictate if its gonna be a rough ride.
Even more strange, if you feel that its shaky just turn it off and start it again and it might just run perfectly for hours on end. It does'nt appear while your riding, if you dont feel it in the first few shift you good for the ride.
I feel something is wrong with the ignition like it has some kind of timing or missfire issue on some specific start. Could it be also a balance issue or a sensor something I don't know but its surely electrical because half the time it runs perfect.
The previous owner change the crank position sensor but do these have cam position sensor as well that could explain the off timing ?

Just wanna know if this is a normal sound for a sporster. It seems to chatter a lot. I heard that Evo are noisy motors but just wanna make sure I didn't buy a lemon.
