I wanted to reach out to anyone here whom is going through a mix of both depression and anxiety.

I have personally being living with these two for the past couple of years and yet unable to get my life in order.

There is ups and downs while living with poor mental health and consistently feeling exhaustion and over thinking.

Could you share your story.

Have you found ways to help manage yourself

Has it affected your life? Especially your career?

Have you ever felt it is difficult to live this way?
