Gigabyte GP-P750BS 750W concerns.

So i'm planning on buying this pcu since its on a discount. But I heard very bad things about the model that ends in gm. This one ends in bs so im not sure. If it is bad or even remotely dangerous, I am not cheaping out and buying another one.

Wich laptop should I buy?

I want to buy a laptop that will last me five years of architecture collage. Both of these are around the same price (the rog being a bit more expensive). But I heard that the built quality and reliability of the legion 5 pro is way better and will probably last me more. Note that im in iraq so my options are not that wide. The rog is 2300 dollars and the legion is 2100 dollars.

RTX 3060 12GB vs RX 7600 XT 16GB for architecture/rendering?

I’m upgrading my desktop mainly for architecture work and some gaming. My main apps are/will be Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Twinmotion, Enscape, and maybe Blender/V-Ray later.

Current PC:

- CPU: Ryzen 5 3600

- Motherboard: ASRock B450M Pro4-F

- RAM: 16GB DDR4 3200, upgrading to 32GB later

- Current GPU: GTX 1650

- PSU: upgrading to a known-brand 650W/750W PSU

Local options:

- RTX 3060 12GB for around 495,000 IQD

- RX 7600 XT 16GB for around 500,000 IQD

The RX 7600 XT is newer and has 16GB VRAM, which seems better on paper. But I keep hearing NVIDIA is safer for architecture/rendering because of CUDA/OptiX and better software support.

For architecture/rendering first and gaming second, which one would you choose and why?
