I've had POTS for a few years now and am fairly familiar with the symptoms and how it feels for me.

Recently though I've started feeling shaky at times. Sometimes it feels like my whole body is shaky, and sometimes just my hands.

Anyone else experience this? I'm trying to work out if it gets better when I eat but I can't find a pattern.

I do also have an autoimmune disease and hypothyroidism (although my thyroid levels are ok) so it could be unrelated to POTS but wanted to ask if anyone here experiences the same?
