Moved to 3/3/3.25 for my 7.5 month old. She’s crazy overtired and having lots of false starts at bedtime. Any suggestions? Is the total wake time not enough? Naps today were 2hrs 45 min.

How do I get advice on how my family is trending towards retirement? I reached out to a financial advisor and they are trying to get me to work them and invest all my funds, charging me 1%. I just want some advice without signing up for a financial advisor lol. Any suggestions on how to find help like this?

Additional context: we are dual income and want to move to single income while kids are young therefore contributing less towards retirement for a season. We want to be wise about our contributions.
