Crack on the glass roof from the back
No clue what happened. I parked at work today (private basement parking) and got my bag from the trunk - very clearly saw that the back glass above the trunk was completely fine. After work, I go to put my bag in the trunk and I notice this crack. It's like it showed up out of nowhere and it stretches almost the entire way to the other end of the glass panel in a straight line. It looks like there's an impact point at the bottom but the paint on the trunk is undamaged and there is nothing around or on the car that could be the source of an impact.
Could this have happened randomly, maybe because of the heat or the sun?
What are my options to repair this?
