This is a weird question/problem for sure, but I have my wacom cintiq 16 tablet next to me and often its turned off, but the problem is even when the monitor is "off" (light and screen off) my mouse will still move off of my main monitor and over to it like it's still on.

Is there any way to fix that so that when it's off windows doesn't let the mouse go over there? or is the solution literally only to like, unplug it?

Any advice or suggestions appreciated.

So to start, a little while ago my computer would occasionally hard freeze after 5 minutes give or take of being started up. It would freeze so hard that my mouse would stop moving, and I couldn’t ctrl alt del. Uninstalling a windows update helped alleviate this at the time.

Now the issue is back, and no matter how many windows updates I uninstall the issue keeps happening; a few minutes after turning on the PC the computer will do this “hard freeze”. As far as I can tell if I leave the computer alone for long enough it will unfreeze, but sometimes I don’t have 15(?) minutes to wait each time this happens.

Temps are fine.
Did SFC
Turned off XMP.
Doing MemTest64 a bit didn’t give any immediate problems.
No parts are indicating immediate catastrophic failure.

Does anyone know what causes this? I suspect it’s either RAM or Windows related at this point. Even a pointer in the right direction to keep this from happening would be great, thanks.
