







The past week I threw together a bunch of vegetables and other stuff and have been eating that pretty much every day. It's been helping me lose weight and I think if I keep at it a little bit I might reach my goals, but I want some ideas for others things I can throw in there or change up so I don't get tired of it. To start I mixed together shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, diced cucumbers, roasted broccoli, diced potatoes, corn and black beans. Then I put in some cottage cheese, nutritional yeast and toasted sesame seeds. Spices include salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, smoked paprika, dill and parsley. Things that I put in it sometimes but not always include chili crisps, turkey pepperoni and roast chickpeas. For dressing I've used a sesame ginger dressing or a chipotle ranch. A very toss in whatever sort of dish. So again, what sort of additions/changes can I make to shake things up?
