PMDD - what actually helps??

Has anyone found anything, even the strangest things, that actually help with PMDD? I find myself to be so unmotivated and depressed it’s so hard to try to get myself out of the funk. It’s all so intense, and I haven’t been able to find anything that works.

I am about a month post op for lap excision for endo, and still having flares. I was wondering how long it took for everyone else for the inflammation to go down. I don’t want to lose hope that it will get better but I’m feeling pretty discouraged with how I’ve been feeling.

I also have chronic migraines that have continued with the flares, I’m so hoping that those get better too with more time.

Hi everyone! I have been pretty down and out because I had laparoscopy surgery for endo a month ago, but have still been having bad flares with migraines. Right now I’m having a horrible flare. They found stage 1 endo with surgery and were able to remove it all (I was surprised it was stage 1 with the excruciating pain I am in all the time).

Does anyone else get migraines with their flares and know how to manage both? I think I’m getting rebound headaches now from all the pain meds, but it’s hard to lower inflammation from the endo without daily NSAIDS. Currently trying to push through the pain without meds but it’s horrendous.

Also, in looking it up it says it can take 3-6 months for flares and migraines to calm down post-surgery. Has anyone else had a similar experience? My surgeon said one month for the flares to stop, but I have a feeling it will be longer. How long was it for yall?
