Hello guys, so in 5 days I will have a surgery to put an AMS 700 implant

I am 24 years old and I have a venous leak.

My biggest concern is risk of infection and recovery overall

Do you guys have any tips? How is the recovery ?

If it infects I have to remove the implant? It will cost me 12k, and I don’t have money for another surgery for the next months.

Edit: I have a varicocele, it was diagnosed during an exam years ago. But I don’t have any symptoms of it.
Could that be a problem to my surgery?
