Hello, I’m staying in Kaohsiung for the next 3 months, I’m on a tourist visa so I don’t have an ARC, but I know there’s a regional travel pass for 399 that gives unlimited MRT, bus, LRT and 30 mins YouBike. I’m wondering if it’s possible to get as a tourist? Found mixed things online. Or if not able, is is possible to have a friend buy it for me using their ID card? Or would they get in trouble. Thanks
