i got this tub of gochujang in my fridge years ago, figured that it's fermented so it would last as long as nobody contaminated it
well, i was right. After 4 years of perfection, at which i occasionally picked at for some spice, I let my brother use some once. I now come back some months later for some nice spicy rice...
and am get greeted with this.
and i know it's him because my father does not use it and i have not touched it in a long time (plus he is always careless with things - like he leaves wooden chopsticks in the sink among dirty plates to soak up water...)
