New coworker trying to compete with other staff

I am a 30f that works in vet med as a vet assistant while I'm back in school to become a tech. They hired another assistant 2 weeks after me that wanted to cross train for reception and assistant. She is 21 with zero animal experience and I've been working with animals for around 4 years. She's your typical "know-it-all" and comes from a sheltered and religious background from what I've gathered. She was never very friendly from the moment she started. She began stealing my locker to the point where she will take my bag out of my locker and put her things in there. I started 2 weeks before her and claimed that locker on my first day. She also tries to compete with me and the other assistant. She will blame her errors on us and micromanage us. After talking with her a little bit I figured out her personality is just naturally extremely competitive like she has something to prove. She told me how distraught she was when she didn't make valedictorian in high school. 😂 She does not seem like she's at all cut out for vet med. She can learn things no problem but it's the fact that she is not super comfortable with the animals and she can't stand strong smells which is hilarious considering what we deal with daily. She is a huge baby. I'm a bit frustrated because I absolutely love everything about my job except her and I have to work with her every day. She thinks she knows better than the veterinarians and I'm just waiting until they decide to let her go. Please vet med gods, listen to my prayer 😂
