So I heard that you need even splitter for power and data for HDD's on the Wii U, is that the same for these ssd drives? (I'm not talking about m.2 slots ssd but these portable ssd)

Somehow I got these black lines and my monitor is like 1 year and 6 months old, do anyone know how to fix this issue?

So I finally have a Wii U and it came with mk8.
Can I reset my Wii U and still keep mk8?
