I have just purchased a second hand TS-453 Pro and tried a'normal' reset ie.

• Hold RESET button for 10 seconds
• Wait for:
  • first beep (~3 sec)
  • second beep (~10 sec)
• Release

as per instructions I have then tried to Log In using 'admin' as the user name

and the first MAC address as the password. this fails and I get the message

'your log in credentials are incorrect or your account is no longer valid'

I'm at a loss as what to do. At the moment the NAS is just a brick.

Can anyone please help
