Dumplings driving me insane.

Hey guys, recently bought a Tramontina Tri-ply with a lid based on the advice on this sub.

I've adjusted to cooking most things on it and it's alright, but dumplings so far do not work for me.

I've tried multiple techniques specifically advised for stainless steel and every single one just ended up with the dumplings stuck to the pan and burning.

Most of the advice I've read says they will release once they've built up a crust, but they are just cemented on and burnt.

This was a reliable go-to lazy meal for me, any advice would be appreciated.

Hey guys, been playing hockey my whole life but I've had back problems and in the last year I've had 2 spinal surgeries, also a 3rd one coming up.

I'm looking for pants that have the most lower back coverage (the higher up they go the better)

I'm wearing retail Trues right now and they're incredibly light and comfy but they don't sit as high as I'd like.

From what I could gather so far it seems like HP45's or Nexus pro stock go up the highest, but I figured I'd check in with some gear nerds before pulling the trigger on anything.

I appreciate any help you guys can give me. Cheers
