Changing to New Phone
My wife just got a new Samsung phone. All apps were transferred, including Wordscapes. She opened Wordscapes on the new one and she was back to Level 1. The old phone still has her at Level 4934.
When I go to the old phone to Save Your Progress the only options are signing out of either Facebook or Google. She does have a Wordscapes screen name and is part of a team.
The new phone is simply an unnamed user, so the app got transferred but not her history.
Any recommendations? I’m afraid if I sign out on the old phone she will lose her history and have to continue on the new one starting from scratch.
