Why so many smurf accounts now?

Not complaining since I know it doesn't actually matter, but why nowadays are there so many of what appear to be experienced players but with new (under level ~50) accounts? They don't seem to be cheating, and their % reflects that, they're just pretty good and playing on >1M tables despite having not so many games under their belts.

Are a lot of ordinary players losing their accounts somehow?

[GA] Our tap water is contaminated with something and the company is denying that anything is wrong.

We live in an apartment complex in the southeast US. For I believe the 4th time now, our tap water has an acrid, chemical-y odor and taste. It can be smelled when you turn a faucet on, and you can both smell and taste it in a cup of water. It also leaves an unpleasant feeling in the mouth and sometimes throat when drunk.

We have complained about it to the leasing company every time it has happened, and they have switched from saying they don't detect any issue with the water to saying we're actually just smelling cleaning chemicals from a bathtub being treated/cleaned in a different unit in our building and the fumes of the chemical are coming up through the drain. Obviously this makes no sense because the contaminant can be detected in a poured container of the water, but also all our sinks have p-traps which would prevent any fumes from coming up.

Today, I saw crew coming and going who seemed to be prepping a unit for a move-in. Then shortly after, sure enough, the tap water is funky again. So at this point I think it's safe to say that whatever they're treating the tubs with is somehow leaking and getting into our water supply. I don't know how, but I don't see any other explanation.

What should we do? If we complain again, they will just refuse to take it seriously again. Can we get a sample and send it to a testing company, and if so, how do we get property management to pay for it?
