Komende vanaf de Graafseweg mag je, aldus de borden, van de rechterbaan ook de afslag nemen richting de parkeergarages, centrum en McDonalds e.d., hiermee is dus ook meteen duidelijk dat je vanaf de linkerbaan niet richting Oranjesingel mag, dan snijd je immers de mensen af die richting centrum gaan. Saw this plate today. DK implies this is a Danish plate, but never seen this before.

The tractor showed the same registration (1943647) but in a different font and without the DK euroband.

Trailer itself is French originally (+33 phone code), but this combination was driving towards the south, so I do not understand it at all

Not a Belgian, German or Dutch plate as far as my knowledge reaches. What it is, I do not know.
