Realtors: Looking to build a few more referral relationships

I own an insurance agency and work with a lot of local realtors. I know how stressful it can be when a deal is moving smoothly and then suddenly:

• insurance comes back way higher than expected
• the buyer waits until the last minute to shop
• a property gets flagged by underwriting
• the buyer can’t get affordable coverage
• or closing gets delayed waiting on insurance documents

I try to make the insurance side quick and painless so buyers can get to closing without unnecessary delays or surprises.

If you refer somebody to me and they end up starting a policy, I’ll send you $50 as a thank you every time.

DM me and I’ll send over my direct number so buyers can just call/text me directly during the process.

PS: If I can save a buyer $100–$200/month between home and auto insurance, that can make a pretty big difference in affordability and monthly payment calculations 🤷‍♂️

Does anyone want to make an extra $50 per deal?

I own an insurance agency and work with a lot of local dealerships. I know how frustrating it is when a customer is ready to sign and suddenly:

• can’t get insured
• rates come back way higher than expected
• need an SR-22
• have tickets/accidents
• are first-time buyers
• or spend forever shopping insurance while the deal stalls

I try to make the insurance side quick and painless so customers can actually drive off the lot without holding everything up.

If you refer somebody to me and they end up starting a policy, I’ll send you $50 as a thank you every time.

DM me and I’ll send over my direct number so customers can just call/text me from the dealership.

PS: If someone’s stressing over a $500/month payment on the four square and I save them $150/month on their insurance, the deal suddenly gets a lot easier to sell 🤷‍♂️

Have a buddy looking to hire producers

Please delete if not allowed. I have a friend that is looking for insurance producers but is having a hard time finding people on Indeed/Glassdoor. Said he’s willing to pay 18% NB and half renewals for the right person. Must be licensed or willing to get licensed in WA,OR,MT. I told him I would check on here to see if any producers would be open.

Do any P&C agents need sales help?

I see a lot of newer agents on here struggling with close rates, objections, follow-up, etc. I remember how frustrating that was when I first started, especially being captive where you can’t always rely on having the cheapest option.
Over the last few years I’ve spent a ton of time focusing on sales process, objection handling, and improving close rates, and it’s helped me a lot. I’ve also ended up helping a lot of other agents in my area with scripts/workflows and figured I’d offer the same here.
If anyone has questions about overcoming objections,
follow-up systems, improving close rates, etc

…I’d genuinely be happy to help however I can. Feel free to DM me. We can talk on Reddit or a phone call or whatever

Not selling anything or offering coaching — just remember how hard the learning curve was early on and figured I’d pay it forward a bit.

Everybody seems convinced that Khamzat is going to ragdoll Sean Strickland, but I honestly don’t think this is an easy matchup for him at all. In fact, I think Sean’s style gives him a legitimate chance to win.

Anyone who’s trained MMA knows the easiest takedowns usually come when a fighter overextends, gets too square during exchanges, or keeps their hands high and posture compromised. Sean’s modified Philly shell actually helps him defensively against takedowns because his hands sit lower and he maintains a strong base. He’s not standing tall throwing huge combinations or constantly overcommitting.

He also fights at an awkward range — just outside the pocket — where he can constantly touch you with the jab and teep. Both of those tools help manage distance and make it harder for someone like Khamzat to consistently enter on clean shots. Obviously Khamzat’s wrestling threat will reduce how often Sean throws the teep, but the idea that every teep automatically gets caught and turned into a takedown is pretty exaggerated.

I also think Sean is physically stronger than people give him credit for. Even DDP mentioned how strong Sean felt. I don’t think Khamzat is going to be able to shoot from space and ragdoll him the way he has against some other opponents.

That said, I’m not buying the “Khamzat will gas in round 4” narrative either. I think Khamzat will absolutely get takedowns at points in the fight. I just don’t think he’ll control Sean for long stretches or dominate him wire-to-wire. My expectation is that Sean keeps most of the fight standing, stuffs enough attempts, and lands the cleaner and more consistent damage.

I am ready to get cooked in the comments and look like a fool if Khamzat ragdolls Sean for 25 minutes.
