Screen printed my own jersey

I know it's low-key kind of mid, I printed 7 and they took so long, wanted to test out water based ink with warp drive on polyester, it's hold up really good on the wash! So much fun!

This is a show case, it has already been printed and I can't change anything, open to criticism but changing the design in general is impossible at this point lmao

Screen Printed in house

Newest collection all screen printed by me. Most of them are simulated process, minus the single color halftones print!

3rd try is the charm

Thank you for your help on my last post! I didn't get it perfect but it got substantial better.

My film positives had transparent pixels and I was doubling up my film.

I had an ip8720 that was in storage, because I had thought it was broken, and had upgraded to an Epson eco tank 8550, I was scared of turning it into an all black system and breaking a second more expensive printer so I was doubling up films. I did some research and with the help of the community, turns out my old canon still works but the ink cartridges read empty giving faulty prints

Printed out a whole new set of transparency got exposure time dialed in, soaked the screen in water after exposure for about a minute and all the half tones came out!

Print order is white under base, yellow, fiuscha, blue. Cool gray, highlight white.

All 230 mesh

(First, second, then third attempt. Left to right)

Help with simulated process

I've been trying to get this design down for about a day now, it seems like some of my half tones aren't coming out. Ive doubled up the film positives and lowered my exposure time by about a minute, normally 6:30 to 5:30. 45 lpi 22.5 angle color separated with action seps, burnt on 305-230 mesh. It just seems like no color is coming out at all. I am using a large heavy piece of glass on top of the screen while burning.

My question is, what is more likely the culprit, my dingy exposure unit, bad film positives or not the proper emulsion?

I'm banking on the emulsion not being diazo. Would like a second opinion before I go out spending money.

Sky eye tee (with images)

Yesterday I posted this but the images never uploaded correctly.

Screen printed these a couple days ago, I decided to keep one for my self.

I originally wanted to do a secondary CMYK with clouds as the chest print but I ran out of high mesh screens. Let me know what you think! It is slightly off-center but I feel like it's not very noticeable on body. This is my second CMYK Print. Printed a small run of 5, the perks of being able to print everything my self is the low moq of 1 😂

CMYK print for my brand

Hoping this to be a conversation starter/eye catcher, I do most of my sales at local pop ups/vendor events.

CMYK Back print. With a front chest print that is just the brand name "never enough" in gothic text. (Still haven't printed it)

Instagram is nvr.enough3, my brand has pivoted so much, especially my IG
