Gastric issues, New here, need help.

I have been planning to start GLP1 for a long time but could not gather courage as I have some gastric complications and I live in a small town where I did go to a renowned endocrinologist and he refused to prescribe.
I have always been obese as long as i remember used to weigh 71 kgs in 7th class. My relationship with food has been to escape all the bullying and trauma from school and family, I have lost a lot of weight more than 20 kgs several times but it keeps coming back and now I am mentally exhausted, so I decided this.
I promised myself to improve my relationship with food before GLP1 so I gave myself 2 months, started going gym, around 8k steps mostly daily and better relationship with food. I don't crave chips and sweets as much as I used to. But still the food noise is there. I guess it's a good point to start GLP1.
I am planning to start Mounjaro but I really need some guidance because I will be going through this alone without informing my parents or friends or anyone and I am scared. Please can you guys recommend me a good thorough endocrinologist in Bangalore or if for some reason there is not one in Bangalore in Pune. I will be flying to Bangalore and stay for 3-4 weeks mainly for this. Because I guess this is a life changing decision.
Please guys can you help and TIA for this community as you guys are the reason I have taken this decision.
