Did some cost calculations and came to the conclusion that S3 is the minimum requirement for 0AV in Plight for Hyacine and Cyrene.
46 Cost > 48 Cost effectiveness saves you about 8 AV worth of damage
So my question is, should I max out Cyrene and leave Hyacine since Cyrenes buffs her personal damage
Does her E6 benefit Phainon whatsoever? What's the minimum for Plight, since outside of his start up window, he wont be needing her personal damage assuming youd run Cyrene
I plan to E6 next patch and wonder if her S5 is worth it too
