Need help finding an Artist

I'm in the early planning stages of vtuber creation. But I'm at the first hurdle, finding an artist/character designer. Obviously I don't want to get scammed by some rando and I keep getting tons of cold calls on twitter just after making my vtuber profile, it was chumming the wars it's so bad. So I'm hoping that people on here can help with recommending an actual artist on vgen
But more importantly, I don't really want something that looks... Too anime? If it was a unique art style like my favorite artist Yusuke Nakamura examples here I'd be happy, or something like Corporate Memphis, but a lot of what I see seems really generic and safe, like vrchat eboy/egirl. I'm perfectly happy watching others with that model type but it's not me at all.
I'm hoping you guys know of any unique artists that I could approach. Preferably someone with a vgen account.
