I’m in Croatia, long story short, brother wanted to purchase a laptop by paying monthly installments, i took out a loan through my banking app, he agreed to pay (have screenshots which say so), then later blocks me.
Dad continued to pay instead of him because brother moved to his place and doesn’t have a job, blocks me after 5 paid months. I have over 700 euros left to pay and none of them are contributing.
Is this something that can be done through small claims court? Timing couldn’t be worse since i moved to another country and am living paycheck to paycheck after buying all the furniture.
There is one more thing, but i have yet to find proof. Apparently, the father forged my mom’s signature while taking out a loan under her name. Any help is appreciated.
