Rick's Ann Arbor Mindprobe cocktail
If you're a University of Michigan alum you'll probably know what this is. The Mindprobe is the signature drink of the club Rick's in Ann Arbor, Michigan. As far as I know, the recipe is secret, although there are a few unofficial recipes floating around online that claim to get close.
My fiancée and I are UofM alums and wanted to do something as close as possible to the Mindprobe as one of our signature cocktails at our wedding, since we have a lot of other UofM alum friends attending.
