Put Roomba to charge, it gets off and tries to find the dock itself... Then sits against it without doing anything. Help?

So I manually put it to charge, it says charging (so it works)... But then after 10 seconds or so it leaves and tries to find it's own way to get to the dock to charge and it usually takes absolutely forever (up to an hour) or until it runs out of battery and I put it back in.

I've cleaned off the charging bits, the wheels are okay. It's so stubborn. Has always kind've done this, too. Any idea?

Thanks.

Tips on watering?

Hello folks,

I've had isopods for about a year-ish now I think, but pre-move I had a big disaster cause I used a wooden box. Anyway - this is my current setups, but I hear conflicting information, even from professionals.

Some say mist every two days, some say water every 6-7 days. With this heat, I imagine it's a bit more... But I'll show my containers and see what is said. Ideally, both advice for the isopods as well as my springtail cultures. Thanks!

Some notes/questions:
- I have the dirt spingtail culture as I got a 'free' terrarium and a lot of the cultures came with dirt, so I combined them after extracting a good portion of them into the terrarium. However, the springtails (sometimes) seem to be able to latch onto the walls and escape. Which to me is kinda whack as all hell. 😅 Should I just keep trying to extract them bit by bit at this point into the plastic containers? I'm not sure how or why they're managing to stick to the acrylic walls.

- The springtail cultures are closed in a little cupboard for the dark and to help keep humidity. Is it okay then that the acrylic terrarium has large holes? Or is that okay in general? (Pic 2)

- After awhile, the food in the springtail cultures gets soggy, like birdpoop. Is it still okay to let them nibble at it? I know mold is okay for them (though I don't let things get TOO moldy).

- My isopods keep - in almost all their containers - gather behind a wall of cork bark. Is that normal or are my conditions bad and they try to escape it? No matter whether it is facing the light or the dark side, they love gathering there.

- Do Panda Kings always hide so often? I basically do not see them haha.

- I added Dairy Cows to a container that never had movement and I thought only one orange one was left, now I realize there are more orange ones and a few other ones. I understand the Dairy Cows will outbreed them, but is it okay to leave them together? I don't have any other terrariums.

Thanks in advance if any answers can be given, and especially for the watering! Thanks.

Recently bought mesh to cover holes; is too sharp. Help?

After asking here, I was suggested some mesh but after cutting and glueing it, I am at constant risk of slicing open my fingers (fairly deeply, too). Is there anything good to close it off with, to cover the edged? I was thinking electrical tape (it's on the outside) but on google I found that drying adhesive could be too toxic for them. :/
Any idea?
